TOC Field Report

jon sharp has released the preliminary field report for the Tournament of Champions in all divisions.

After analyzing the fields in all four events, only six states are represented in all four events: California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, New York, and Texas.

No squad has an entry in all four events, but seven schools qualified persons in three events: Blake (CX, LD, PF), Bronx Science (CX, LD, PF), Brophy Prep (CX, PF, SC), Harker (CX, PF, SC), Mercer Island (CX, LD, PF) Ridge (LD, PF, SC) and Walt Whitman (LD, PF, SC).

Congratulations to all teams for qualifying to the 2010 Tournament of Champions.

    Blake has qualified people in all 4 events of debate:
    Lincoln Douglas — Erik Legried
    Policy – the team of Tom Madsen and David Kang
    Public Forum – the team of Mike Graham and Mik Kaminiski and the team of Sarah Carthen-Watson and Taylor Briggs
    Congressional Debate – Susie Marshall

    which also means that Minnesota should be on the list for qualifying people in all 4 events
