Gathering bid information is no easy process. We have to grab content from multiple sources, confirm it all, and at the same time, write papers for class. We look forward to receiving content, compliments, or complaints from you, but we do have a couple of guidelines:
1 – If you’re submitting TOC bid reports, please not that in the subject line. These emails receive the fastest attention. When doing so, please keep it to the facts. If there is a factual error, note it in the subject line and we will correct it.
2 – If you’re commenting on the scoreboard, we can make no guarantee that your suggestion will be accepted, nor that it will be responded to. We receive a lot of these types of emails every week.
3 – Always feel free to compliment us. It makes our day brighter and keeps us going.
Emails that do not meet these guidelines will not be read or responded to. This is due to the large numbers of emails we get on a weekly basis.
